LODGING AT FRIO SPRINGS In the off season, there is a two night minimum on the weekends until further notice. Main Cabins : We have eight two-bedroom / two-bathroom lodges. Each includes two queen size beds and a sofa-sleeper in the living room, sleeping six. Amenities include a full kitchen, dining room, fireplace in the living room and a private patio. Some lodges include a washer/dryer and a spa overlooking the springs below. A handicapped-accessible lodge is available. Rates for Main Cabins: Riverfront:   Summer - $210 / night (2-night stay minimum)   Winter - $125 / weekday night, $135 / weekend night. Riverfront cabins with spa are an additional $25 / night. Off River:   Summer - $185 / night (2-night stay minimum)   Winter - $110 / weekday night, $120 / weekend night Base rate sleeps 4; each additional person up to 6 is $10/night ($20 on holiday weekends). Rate includes parking for one car/bedroom; each additional car is $10/night. $10/night fee for each pet. Rates vary and a 3-night minimum is required on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends). Built on stilts, Cabin 6 overhangs the bluff above the springs and is only steps away from the stairway down to the water. This cabin has one bedroom, one bath and includes a full kitchen and BBQ/firepit. Rates for Cabin 6: Summer - $135 / night (2-night minimum stay) Winter - $80 / weekday night, $90 / weekend night Base rate sleeps 2. Rate includes parking for one car; each additional car is $10/night. $10/night fee for each pet. The lodge includes a fireplace, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, covered parking, central air-conditioning/heat and a fenced-in yard with two decks and a BBQ/firepit. Note : Cabin 11 is about 100 yards off the Frio River. Rates for Cabin 11: Summer - $300/night (2-night minimum stay) Winter - $250/weekday night, $260/weekend night Base rate sleeps 8; each additional person up to 16 is $10/night ($20 on holiday weekends). Rate includes parking for one car/bedroom; each additional car is $10/night. $10/night fee for each pet.
