About

This cabin is an inn room with 1 king bed and full bathroom (shower). There is no room for air mattress so maximum guest count is 2. Ammenities include coffee maker and coffee, soaps and shampoo, mini fridge and microwave. Guests can enjoy their private wood BBQ pit and picnic table right outside their door. Wood floors and walls with fresh decor and bedding makes this cabin extra cozy. A small table and chairs are convenient for games or meals. We are family, pet and motorcycle friendly.



**This property is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions. Please note: Non-Refundable dog fees apply - maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $200 and in some cases can be up to $400 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Location

We are located 2 blocks south of the famous Three Sisters Scenic Route. Most local businesses are within blocks of your room and easy walking distances. Our town has about 5 restaurants, 2 liquor stores, Family Dollar, 2 grocery stores and local antiques & boutiques. Guests can enjoy our on premise Sip N' Shop with sandwiches, beer, wine, margaritas and shopping. Our backyard has TV, music and seating with rustic furniture for sale. Nearby attractions include, The Club of Concan golf course, House Pasture Cattle Co. Texas music venue within 20 minutes. Lost Maples Winery is a beautiful drive and 45 minutes away. Garner State Park and Happy Hollow Tubing Outfitters are 5 minutes south. The closest city to Leakey, Tx is Uvalde, Tx (40 minutes). Concan, Texas is 20 minutes south. Kerrville, Tx is 1 hour north. San Antonio, Tx is about 1.5 hours away.

About Frio Springs

Bradley and Dallas Hart are the owners of Frio Springs Lodges and The Historic Leakey Inn. We very much look forward to your stay with us! We have three great kids, Hailey, Haden (they attend college at TAMU) and Karson (Leakey ISD) and our dog Max, the boxer. Bradley worked in the corporate restaurant business for years, opening stores for Brinker Intl. We had an opportunity to open our own restaurants (3 of them) until a fire put us in a whole new world. Things must happen for a reason. We continued to move forward and with many prayers, God guided to the lodging business. We love it. Thanks for reading, I hope it was interesting enough.
